Who builds it # A new product from a company that is not new CubeHR is early access. The team behind it has been writing business software for UK companies since 2003, which is why we are onboarding carefully rather than as fast as possible. Why we built it ## HR ends up living in three places and one person's head For most growing businesses, holiday sits in a spreadsheet, contracts sit in a filing cabinet or a shared drive, and everything else sits in whoever has been there longest. It works right up until that person is on annual leave, or an employment tribunal asks for evidence. We built CubeHR to put all of it on one employee record, and to give staff self-service so that routine admin stops landing on a manager’s desk. It is the same principle behind CubeERP, our sister product: one system, one version of the truth, and no reconciliation on a Monday morning. That gap, roughly 10 to 500 people, is who CubeHR is designed around. - ### No lock-in, no hidden add-ons No lock-in, no hidden fees, no feature list padded with things that turn out to be an enterprise add-on. If something is on the roadmap rather than in the product, we say so. - ### UK-built and UK-hosted Statutory leave, SSP, Bradford Factor, right to work and auto-enrolment are handled properly because the people building it work under the same rules you do. - ### API-first, not API-eventually Every screen in CubeHR is built on the same public, documented API you get access to.
