Can employees see each other's data?Only what you allow. Employees see the company directory (names, job titles, departments) but not salary, personal details, or sensitive information. Managers see their team. HR sees everything. All configurable.

How do we import existing employee data?CubeHR supports CSV import during onboarding. Our team will help you map your existing data to CubeHR fields and run the migration. Most companies are fully set up within a week.

Can we track contractor and freelancer records?Yes. CubeHR supports multiple employment types: permanent, fixed-term, contractor, freelancer, intern, and apprentice. Each has appropriate fields and workflows.
