What triggers a notification today?
Leave requests, approvals and declines, leave balance and entitlement adjustments, overallocation decisions, asset assignments, published company holidays, and security events such as MFA setup. We are extending coverage module by module.
Do employees get notifications too?
Yes. Employees are notified of leave decisions, balance changes and asset assignments. Manager-only alerts are not shown to them.
When will document expiry and Bradford Factor alerts arrive?
Both are in active development. The underlying expiry dates and Bradford Factor scores are already recorded and reportable in CubeHR today. What is being added is the automatic chase.
